Custard tarts

I baked some custard tarts today. Initially, it was just meant to be custard just for dipping and stuff then mum suggested to get those tart shells from Safeway. So, ended up with custard TART. I LOVE CUSTARD TART!!! I love love them. Those ones I baked were quite alright, could have cut backed on the sugar content tho, but taste a WHOLE LOT better with the tart shells.

Mum joked that I should study culinary skills in tafe instead since I like cooking so much. U will not believe how I started the idea of cooking custard tarts. I watched the Ready Steady Cook show and they were making custard tarts which somehow "inspired" me. LOL. I wanted to make it since ages ago given my love for custard tarts so making them my own would be a great way to save up cash and fullfilling any cravings.

Man.. I hate u now mum (in a good way) for putting that thought in my head. Maybe I should... since studying for Accounting is so DAMN BLOODY HARD, uni exams is one, CPA is GUT WRENCHING u could just cry and the profession itself is MIND-BLOWING. But, too late now... we'll see in the future once I get sick of accounting. LOL.

Oh yeah, Happy 09. Next blog will be my reflection of 08, wasn't going to blog about 08 since there's some things I rather not recall. But wth. 09, there's things I look forward to and things I dread.

But yeah. Bring on 09!!
