No Ang Pao for me.

CNY in 3 days! Hmph! Haven't been really celebrating CNY for almost 4 years. Everytime, we just celebrate at a Chinese Restaurant or a simple dim sum feast.

And one thing I'm so annoyed about is no Ang Pao money! Not even from my parents! How sad is that?? My Aunts and Uncles also didn't give us pre-CNY Angpao when I go back to Malaysia!! Sad... My parents treat us like adults! Just imagine 4 years of Angpao money!!

Four! Four!

Seems like I'm exaggerating here but just imagine. What if I get married next year, which is highly unlikely, those 4 years of Angpao is very precious u know. In case u don't really understand Chinese tradition, Angpao is mostly given to unmarried and single person by a married person. Doesn't matter how old u are, if ur STILL single, ur untitled to a red Ang Pao with cash in it of course!!

There goes my red pocket!!

By the looks of it, I won't be getting any more Angpao for the rest of my life. Forget about hoping for one next year or the year after that. My Angpao money stops when I'm 15. And I'm still VERY MUCH single. *cries*

Li's in China atm. The atmosphere there must be awesome. Red everywhere, fire crackers, T-kuih (Gosh miss those cakes! We used to eat them with dessicated coconut!), Lion Dances, Angpao, more Angpao :(.

I miss CNY. I miss Li.
